Refund & Returning Policy
The order is still in processing, but I don’t want it any more.
If the order is still processing, please let us know directly or send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order ID or email address for the order. And we will prepare the refund in 1-2 business day.
The Order is shipped, but I changed my mind
Products with no quality-related issues can be returned within 14 days after order received.
If the order is already shipped out and still in the way. Please refuse the parcel when it comes and we will refund you at once when the tracking information shows parcel processed to return.
If you have already received the parcel in 14 days and didn’t want it any more. Please send us a picture to prove the product is under new condition. Please understand we don’t receive any returned used product.
After we confirm the picture, we will provide you the the address for returning.(we provide US returning address but other customers should return the items to China
Buyers should pay the shipping cost if the product didn’t cause any quality problem. Please choose the cheap shipping method like air mail parcel since we don’t care the shipping time. We will process the refund at once when we receive the new tracking number of returning parcel.
Products with quality problems
We guarantee all of our products against material and workmanship defects.
But if you receive a defective or broken product (especially for glass products since they are very brittle in international shipping),please send us a image and we will soon resend you a new one in good quality or refund you at once after we confirm.
You don’t need to return the previous one if you meet any quality problem.
Do I need to send products all the way to China?
US customers can ship the parcel by USPS to our US Returning Centre. Customers from other countries will need to send their products to our warehouse in China.
